I confirm my enrollment for service and have read, understand, accept and agree to the “Rate Plan Summary”, “Terms & Conditions”, “Privacy Policy” and the “Natural Gas Letter of Agency”. An electronic acceptance of the sales agreement is an agreement to initiate service and begin enrollment. I authorize Future Now Energy to obtain and review information regarding my consumption history from the Utility. This information may be used by Future Now Energy and any of its affiliates, agents or representatives to determine whether it will commence and/or continue to provide energy supply service to me and shall not be disclosed to a third-party unless required by law. I authorize for the release of information to Future Now Energy. This authorization will remain in effect during the Term.

NOTE:
You will receive a letter from Nicor Gas confirming the switch to Future Now Energy. From the date the utility sends issues the notice, you will have 10 business days before the switch will become effective. You may rescind this sales agreement and authorization within 10 business days by contacting Future Now Energy’s Customer Care Center at 1-855-255-3616 or customercare@futurenowenergy.com or Nicor Gas at 1-888-642-6748.

Future Now Energy will send a hard copy of the full contract by mail within 3 business days after this request.
